Zenovar and the management of Syngenta Israel have formulated a plan to expand the company's involvement in products for crop protection, and have overseen implementation of the decisions reached.

In 2011, Syngenta International decided to combine sale of seeds with sale of products designed to protect the crops. Zenovar helped Syngenta Israel apply this new approach, while emphasizing the unique characteristics of the Israeli branch of the company and the unique features of the Israeli market. Alternatives were evaluated by conducting strategic and financial analyses, and later, Zenovar oversaw the implementation of the decisions reached.
